Cheryl does a wonderful job of explaining how to wipe out negative thoughts and experiences and to become the person you would like to be.
This is a Self Help book that I could read over and over again. The concepts are both easy to understand and simple to incorporate into your daily life. Cheryl Grogin has a special talent for presenting analogies and simple exercises that give the reader a tangible foundation to work with, and use when facing life's many challenges. The concepts are easy to grasp and draw upon. This book will give you tools that can be used every day and help you to achieve a greater sense of inner peace and confidence. This is a very powerful read!
